As the lead designer on this project, I spearheaded a strategic initiative aimed at expanding the customer base of The Hydraulic Warehouse. This entailed designing a comprehensive ten-email automated journey to inform professionals in related fields about our extensive range of products and the reputable, well-known brands the company stocks. Ensuring consistency in brand representation was paramount, and as such, I took charge of not only designing the email series but also crafting downloadable brochures to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all communications. Through thoughtful design and strategic messaging, our efforts sought to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
